Hello sir,

I am pacl investor and now after sebi guidance tried registration for pacl refund on https://www.sebipaclrefund.co.in/ but to my surprise i was unable to register with my pacl registration number.
I then found about [protected]@sebi.gov.in email id to claim refund attaching all the required document. But after collecting all the scan copies when email sent, i received response as recepient's inbox full.
Also the helpline number is always busy and no one respond when number dials.

Can some one look into this and help me file the refund claim. The deadline set by sebi is 30-april to file the refund.
