I order the product on 19 oct and the delivery date was 6 nov but i haven't received my order.The payment was made online.Today its 13nov i haven't received any update of that order please make a refund.I am attaching the screen shot of payment and the order too. So please help me.I have been waiting for too long to recieve my order please help me.I tried to call the customer care but i can't call and they also didn't respond to any of my email. Please help me otherwise i have t tale some action

Im very disappointed have a look in a picture i order it 2 months ago and i still not get it. Notification show me tgat it is shipped then what the hell is hopping to delivered it arount two months. I cast wait any more it you are not able to deliver it then i want my money back
