Sehrawat Gas Service — lpg gas has not been delivered yet - booking date march 22, 2020

Hi there,

I am a consumer of indane gas, distributor name sehrawat gas service and consumer# [protected]. I have booked my lpg on 22nd march 2020 but haven't received my lpg till date.

However, i have received a message stating that your lpg cylinder has been delivered on 26th march 2020.

I am not able to connect with the agency, as no one is picking my call there.
When i contacted delivery person regarding the status of my booking, he started dodging with providing me the irrelevant reasons that there is lock-down and we are not able to come outside, one more reason which he provided me for not delivering the cylinder that they don't have bicycles to deliver cylinders.

I have seen that many other agencies are delivering the cylinder in my neighborhood as it has been announced by the india government that lpg is an essential commodity which a consumer would require to fulfill their daily food necessity and the same has been allowed to deliver.

I believe they are selling gas cylinders to outside shops.

Would request you to please look into this issue and help me with the appropriate resolution as my current lpg is about to finish and i would require a refill.
