Order placed on 31/10/2017, order no.[protected], order total 730/- item ordered 2 of surf excel matic top load detergent powder, 2kg. But received 2 packets - one packet containing 1 kg. X 1 = 1 kg. And other 1 kg. X 2 = 2 kg. Total 3 kg. Instead of 4 kg. Kindly arrange to refund the balance amount and a line of confirmation is solicited through my e. Mail id "de.
