Self — payment not paid to go airlines

I booked airticket in goair line on 07 apr 2018 vide pnr no a118wr from goair site and paynent was paid through paytm wallet tx id [protected] and [protected] photo screenshot attached.

Ticket was not confirmed due to payment was not paid by paytm to goair lines.

As per txn of bank and paytm rs 6470 was detected from my account sms-
Recived"thank you for using your sbi debit card 459xx6047 for a purchase worth rs6413.0 on pos [protected] at paytm txn#[protected]. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected]"

Please help me and clear to my money was detected from my account but was not paid why??
