Dear Sir/Madam
I would like to bring to your notice that there are 10 stray dogs outside my building road out of which 2 are black and other 4 are brown among 4 brown dogs2-3 dogs sometimes keep running after bikes and people nd bark on them .till date they have not bite anyone but still I feel to ask for help as They run behind passing bikes and people in morning nd night.
As a responsible citizen i thought of sharing my problem with you
