Dear Sir/Madam, Kindly note that i have ordered for a gift for my husband on 9th feb from Sendmygift online portal.Order Id is[protected].As per the discussion held with there live support team(Ms.Sapna) informed me that they will surely deliver my order on 14th feb and i have ordered.Till now i have not received my order.Whenever i ask for my order they are silent and they have not given the courier details also.They are not giving any reply for phone calls and emails.As per there normal procedures they should deliver the product with in 4 days time. I dont know what kind of pathetic service you are offering to the customers, till now i have not seen any website worse than this, giving fake information and making fun of the customers.
