[Resolved] Sendmygift.com — Product not delivered - no response from customer care - fake website | |||||
My order with order id[protected] was suppose to be delivered on 9th Feb. But has not been yet delivered . When i call customer care they say they will deliver by 9 pm But those are words which never come to execution. Its completely fake website. Please don't order through sendmygift. no response to mails. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Feb 18, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The issue is resolved after contacting sendmygift customer care people hundred of times.
I suggest not to order through sendmygift. SendMyGift.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

no i havent got it yet !! no one since morning is even answering at the call center & on the chat also no one is bothered to give a proper feedback

1) Smiling Charm with Stars: Order Delicious Chocolate Online For Valentines Chocolate Day Gifts - 600 Rs
2) Celebration Chocolate Blue Box(141.9g). - 100 Rs
And they delivered only "Celebration Chocolate Blue Box" which is of 100Rs.
They are a CHEAT. Delivered which is of low cost. FAKE website.

[protected] This order was placed on 14th FEB. IT has not been delivered yet. The customer care do not respond on phone and make fake promises to deliver the order on online chat system. This has continuously been happening for 5 days now. No replies to emails.
