This is not acceptable. I travelled all the way from my place to service center (Mumbai) to get my cx-180 replaced spending half of the headphones price money. And the service center guy said the replacement product is not in a stock. This is harrassment. Physical and mental. And there is only one service center in mumbai region to cover all. Now i cannot spend more money and time to get it done. Whats the point of it if i am spending more moey than buying a new one. Was this information helpful? |
