Servify — 10. or g display damaged | |||||
I have sent my 10. Or g 32/3gb model (Go grey) to servify inorder to get my broken display repaired on 10/12/2018 via bluedart courier services. The reference code for repair request is :gv7l2a1cwm-r I had received a call from their service center on 22/12/2018 saying that the repair amount to be paid was rs 2695/- But they haven't started the repair of my device till date. I do not have any backup phone or standby devices to use necessary needs like whatsapp, or google duo in order to video call my friends etc.. It's already been 2 week after i have sent my phone for repair still there seems to be no progress. I need my phone back atleast within this week.
