Set Top Box — Delay to give HD set top box

Dear sir, i ramesh from BBakreswar thermal power Station Township, my cable operator name BIRDARPAN cable, when i take the cable connection they gave me a Manthan HD setop box which price 3200. After few month later Manthan Service is closed due to large amount payment due, BIRDARPAN cable operator take my HD setop box and give a normal STB of Gtpl cable, but 3 month already running they will not give HD STB, when i call for HD STB they tell wait for few day, i said them to return my money, they can not give, but how much day wait for HD STB ?

Kindly tell them to arrange the Box or return my money.
