Set Top Box — no signal to set-up box and no response from the cable operator

Sir, we are from nandiambakkam, thiruvallur district. Here we can pay the amount for set up box every month but the connection must be always break. All time it's show no signal contact the cable operator it can repeat every day. We contact the operator but they doesn't respond. What we do now? We choose another network because of this issue
