Sewbery.com — product delivery is not on time and customer service is very bad

I had ordered one product for some special occasion and when team provided delivery date (7-10 days) it was falling before the occasion date.
Inspite of that before 2-3 days, i had followed up on the delivery of product but that was not even dispatched.

As the occasion date has passed, i contacted team that as delivery was not on time, the ordered product is not of any use for me so i will not even accept the product delivery. So refund the amount.

But they said we don't have any such policy and we will not refund it.
As they are unable to keep there promise of delivering product on time and i had so many follow ups on due to special occasion they should surely refund the amount.

Please help on getting the refund.

Updated by [email protected] May 09, 2019 Received call from Mr. Raman (raman.[protected]@rediffmail.com, Contact no - [protected]). And he asked me for government bank account details for refund.
Previously he asked card details (Including CVV) and then asked for OTP as well. It is out of policy.
And nobody should ask OTP over phone as it is not related to any refund process. Is this portal fake ?

Kindly take look on it.
