SG Estates — promised flat not ready yet

This is to reiterate my agony that i was promised to give my flat at sg grand, raj nagar extn. By july'18 but no response yet. Even when i had called them several times, there is a cold response from crm staff and gm.

I had booked it with a good faith and trust. I really would like to speak to owners. Can anybody help me with direct contact to owners except some [protected]@...com email id, which is good for nothing.
