civilians usually have very logical reasons to be upset & to vent their frustration towards a business that has deceived them. The safest action is to avoid any direct contact at all with the business or its internal management. If someone was not there for support when he or she was needed then complaints will be raised. Actions of a deceiving business will only turn into psychopath behaviour for all parties involved for negative consequences. The safety of the general public is more important by getting the truth out & protecting all civilians!
