Shaadi.com — im complaining of the service given by shaadi.com | |||||
I’m fleeced by shaadi.com. I took up the select shaadi service for (My son) around 8 months. 2 months the service went of well but profiles were not as per preferences. Later when i made a complaint to their higher ups the rm’s senior immediately changed the service & told me he’ll search as per my preferences but it’ll not reflect on the select shaadi app. As i was more interested in the outcome, i agreed. For last 2-3 months neither is this senior keeping me in loop nor am i getting service, my 6 months money is gone down the drain. I’m fleeced, royally. Their complaint department merely sends you computerised messages, with no one to listen to your complaints & resolve them. The numbers of shaadi.com on web are all sales numbers & not complaint numbers. I need help from this forum to give me justice as a consumer & other shaadi.com customers from getting fleeced.
