I have paid the money for my COD Shipment SF[protected]FK via UPI on their Shadowfax Payment Portal. After completing the payment they did not update the payment status and still given COD. After raising multiple calls and emails there was no response from their side. It is disgusting. Extremely dissatisfied! Why do you guys don't have any proper customer service? What do you think of peoples' money? Worst company for delivery
