On 16 feb 2023, I have requested for two returns on meesho. After some time I received a sms from Shadowfax that my pickup is arrange and this is the otp, after sometime I received a call from shadowfax Courrier partner that mam I'm coming for pickup.
He came and said mam you have 2 product return I said yes 2. Than I hand over the product to him and gave him the otp.

Than I received a sms your pickup is cancelled by the Courrier partner.
Then I call meesho customer care for help. But they totally denied and said we can't do anything in this as we don't have any contact with the courier partner. I have call recordings of meesho executive totally denying for help.
I call the delivery partner several times but he didn't picked my call. Then he send me an sms and talked to me in sms. I said I will complain against you then He said that he will return my product till evening but he didn't came. When I call him back he blocked my no. I call him from another no. But he blocked that no. Too. I can't even contact shadowfax as there is no direct way to contact them. I call the delivery boy from several no. But when he received after listening about the return and my address he is blocking all the. No. And it's been 21 Feb he didn't return my product. It's really a headache now as I'm not getting any help.
