Complaint marked as Resolved I had ordered a bag of ₹ 285 from Meesho on 17th June 2022 but due to product damage, I requested returns. After 2 days, Shadowfax courier boy called for pickup. Got my order pickedup but my pickup is not confirmed. Then I called the delivery boy but he was not ready to confirm the pookup, the boy said abusively and blocked us again. My pickup got canceled. Then we complied Meesho Shopping App. Have complained to Shadowfox Courier Logistics Dept. but no response received and no call received. No email has been replied. No, someone sent us an email.
Shadowfax customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Cz using abusive language many times and pick-up product picked but marked not pick up .reaso missing in this order.i have also call record and whatsapp chat .if you are not punished
then i have a right to file a case against shadowfax.delivery agent also .Cz i have evidence right now
