Shadowfax — Package not received

I orderd an item from mesho and the package delivery date is on 10th july 2024 but when i tracked the package it says "we could not delivery your package" i think the mobile number you recieved and the mobile number i gave to mesho are different here is my tracking number SF[protected]FPL .
And i will also attach my screenshot of the mobile number i provided to the mesho cross verify it and my mobile number is [protected]
