[Resolved] Shadowfax — Product pickedup but showing QC fail
On July 9 Shadowfax rider came and asked OTP for pickup after that he the picked up the return order successfully & told that you will receive a SMS about successful pickup in a few hours and left. But after some time when I checked the status it is showing like pickup failed due to a missmatch of product pickup. How is that possible? If the product is not same then how did the agent picked up my return order? So basically now they have picked up my order and marked it as pick up failed in their system. I'm calling their customer care No. [protected] it is not connecting. When mailed meesho customer care they are asking about acknowledgement(pickup slip) copy the shadowfax rider never provided. I am providing all the details which I have now, resolve this issue as soon as possible.
