[Resolved]  Shadowfax — Product shows delivered but not received!

This is regarding my recent order from the CreD store which was supposed to be delivered on 13th October 2022. The current status of my order is Delivered but the product has not been delivered to me. I'm trying to reach their customer support for 4 days but failed to reach them.
