The hospital employed illiterate and uneducated staff. They are rude and does not follow the procedure. They were found of devoid having information about availability of dr available and the dr was to report at hospital at 1700 hrs and they had no information of the dr at 1751 hrs and they went on to take the money for consultation. On being asked they were rude and were not behaving they way they should have behaved. I would like to place all this on record and seek written apology from the management.
