Sharayu Hyundai — audio system breakage

I had given my car in sharayu hyundai, turbhe, to replace the headlight and check the usb port as it was not working..

They broke my entire audio system, saying they have requested the manufacturer for replacement. It has been two weeks i have been following up continuously but there is no response from them at all.

Worst customer service seen.
