Sharekhan — Amount debited from bank account but not credited to sharekhan account

I had made 2 transactions worth 10 K INR which got debited from my bank account but hasn't been credited to sharekhan account. When checked with bank, they confirmed that the amount has been transferred to sharekhan successfully from the bank end. I have been trying reaching Sharekhan customer support to resolve this issue but no luck.

Kindly help is resolving this issue.
