I have given a request for transfer of demat account a month ago.
Still, they didn't allow transfer.
They are raising small issues in order to prevent us from closing the account.
For eg: I had Rs 49 excess in my account. They rejected my closure request saying that I cannot have excess more than Rs 1.
After that again, I transferred the excess amount and submitted the request again. They said I have to submit hard copies.
I submitted hard copies twice.
Now thay say that counter signature across correction is missing.
Throughout my communication with them, I asked them several times, is there anything I need to submit additionally so that they don't reject my request. Now they are raising small issues.
