I have visit your office at amravati, maharashtra, near mansarovar hotel, navate to open an demat account. I meet mr. Prashant vyas he has guided me and told to pay rs.15000 check and annual charges and processing fee to open an demat account. Is it correct? Because i got information from your help line that at the beginning of account there is no need to pay any charges. Please clear this
Point. Your company is so reputed that's why i want to believe but such type of contradiction creates uncertainty.

Sharekhan Customer Care's response Hi Prabhanjan, we assure you that Mr. Prashant had requested you to pay Rs. 10000 - Rs. 15000 as a margin to start trading. Also, it was not for any charges of account opening or annual maintenance.
