[Resolved] Sharekhan — complaint regarding delay in updating bank details | |||
Dear sharekhan team, I want to formally lodge a complain against my sharekhan branch as they are not updating my new bank details for more than a month now. My sharekhan branch was from hyderabad earlier and as i am from bareilly-up, i visited a local branch there and requested my back account details to be changed. They told me that i have to first move my branch from hyderabad to them before they can change my bank account. They changed my branch last month and there is no update on changing the account details. I have no updates from them and i don't think it should take that long.
