[Resolved] Sharekhan — funds not received - nri investor | |
Client id: 1724841 Sharekhan limited, Kanjurmarg office, mumbai 400042 1. I made a transfer using nre account (Federal bank) on[protected]Please check attachment for confirmation) 2. I was told i could only make transfer from registered bank account (Which was citi bank account previously. It is a closed account now from the past 1 year) 3. The only option i was left with was receive funds back into my account, for which i gave consensus. 4. Received confirmation from sharekhan team that reversal was processed 5. When i could not find the reversal reflecting in the account, i checked with the bank and they said it might be because by account was a nre account. 6. So i sent an email with this clarity and shared nro account details so that you could transfer the funds there. 7. I sent the nro account statement today so that you could be assured that there were no funds received there too. The recent update is that they cannot trace my funds! If they could not how did the confirm they initiated refund in the first place. I have been following up from the past 1 month for some clarity. A a nri investor it has become a nightmare for me to followup. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |
