Sharekhan Ltd — Reactivation of my account/ running account mandate | |||
I attended a course at OTA (Online Trading Academy), which works with Share Khan, in last week of March 16. I was having an old account with Client Code: W 51680. While attending the course I made an application for reactivation of my account/ Running account mandate at Sharekhan Branch at Patlipada, Thane (W). This application was rejected on the grounds that signature do not telly with your records. I was not satisfied but I did not raise the issue for speedy reactivation of account. I again submitted request for for reactivation of my account/ Running account mandate at Sharekhan Branch at Patlipada, Thane (W) on[protected]. Till date[protected] the subject account has not be reactivated inspite of repeated request and there seems to be no one to take care of customer and take immediate action. Can, I request after 17 days of submission of my request (on[protected] to reactivate my subject account/ Running account mandate before I forget what I learned in OTA. At-least some should give time bound plan to reactivate the account. I have send the email to [protected]@sharekhan.com and Sh Shankar Vailaya. Was this information helpful? | |||
