[Resolved]  Sharekhan — misguided into opening a demat account with sharekhan

Updated by jananiperumal1912 On October 17, 2017-a sales person from sharekhan-koramangala branch approached my office for opening a demat account with them.
I am new to share market- I never wanted to be part of share market.

I was misguided into sharing my documents(like aadhar and pancard details) and signing the demat account opening form.( I just signed- form he said will be filled by them)

What I was informed was that the account opening is free-zero processing fees. But he never informed about the AMC.

The same day, after some time I called him and also put msgs to him and asked him to stop the account opening process and return my documents- I continuously kept on calling him to stop the account opening process for 2 days. He kept on telling he will try and my account was created on 18th oct 2017 inspite of repeated requests to stop it and not to procedd further with it

When I was not even ready to open the account- sharekhan forced me into this.
I want the account to be closed but he says it will take 7 days, only after that my account closing form will be accepted.

thank you for the response.

I have submitted the account closure form - for my demat account on 23 oct 2017 and also I have put a mail to [protected]@sharekhan.com

kindly update on my account closure status, coz the concerned sales person says i have to wait for 10-15 days for account closure.
