[Resolved] Sharekhan — not allowing to update contact detail | |
I have a trading account with sharekhan for about 10 years. I have moved and changed my mobile number and when i am trying to update my information, my cmc is rejected 3 times stating my signatures do not match and i need to submit a signature change form. I have never changed my signature and i cant tell why sharekhan wouldn't accept my signature. I have provided everything to prove my identity, pan, aadhar, address proof everything. Funny thing is they did transfer my servicing branch on my request but won't update my contact detail. Customer care have provided their final response stating they can not process my request and i am unable to access my account. This is not good for anyone as i am not able to do any transactions and hence no commission etc. For sharekhan either. I live far from the base branch and still made visit to provide documentation. My A/c id 2471308 I opend account in good fath of less brokerage when account manager start abusing me i want to change my branch which not fullfill till now
