Sharekhan — sharekhan lost my important documents | |||
In december 2017, i had resubmitted my documents with sharekhan mangalore branch for change of bank account and address proof also submitted the kyc. This includes bank cheque and passport copies. Its been 5 months and the updating is not done. When contacted the branch they told me that i have to resubmit all documents again since they are not able to track it. They have lost my important documents. I am losing on my dividends for their mistake. Kindly help me. Was this information helpful? | |||
