[Resolved] Sharekhan — without consent of mine they changed my account plan and reduction of brokerage charge not given as stated | |
Sir, I have raised request on 4th dec 2017 with sharekhan regarding reduction in brokerage charges and to provide zero annual maintenance account charges. After much follow up, they proposed me with new brokerage charges and account plan. Last week on 2nd jan 2018. I saw they already charged me annual maintenance charges of approx 450. Without my consent. Also, there has been no email intimation or message about same. They keep in dark, there response and service are not upto mark. With no response and keeping me in dark its has been caused mental trauma and harassment by them.
