I want to file a complaint againt of our local area dentist. I had some problem and pain in my last tooth of left side. So i went to sharma multi specialist dental clinic in kautilya apartment sec 14, dwarka for consultancy on 23rd may 2017.
He took 3 months for rct... Which should be done in max.in 1 month... After my several requests he finally did cap on that tooth with the support of my immediate teeth after trimming it.
I paid him total of rs. 7000/- for rct + ceramic caping... But the artificial tooth was of metal inside and low quality ceramic out side... Even there was a crack in that tooth too.. I pointed about this to. Dr. Siddhartha sharma but he did not said any thing. And fix that caping.
After fixing that cap on tooth i did not feel comfortable and asked dr. Sharma about it but he said it will take time to he normal with that caping. But even after three four days i was unable to eat from that side of caping and after 3/4 days i notice puss in same tooth i told about this to dr sharma, he prescribed me medicine for that puss. Which took one week to cured.. But after few days puss build up again... He again prescribed me medicine, this time i requested him to remove that caping due to which puss was build up again n again... I told him that it was due to that metal inside the ceramic cap he used. But he ignored and gave appointnent to come aftet one week. But after one week he did came and after my several visits and requests he removed that half metal n half ceramic caping... He said n assured me that it he will cap it again with ceramic tooth... Without any charges, as he has given me one yr warranty... But after that till date he has not completed my treatment due to which i am facing problem and can't even eat properly. I am visiting to his clinic daily but he is not coming to clinic. He is not even picking up my calls... Not even giving reply to my msgs... The assistant sitting in clinic knows nothing n do not tell me when will dr sharma come to clinic. I am really fed up going there daily... For my treatment, but even after 6 months passed it is incomplete and there is and now i only want my money back so that i can get this incomplete treatment to be treated somewhere
So i request you to pls look into
