This is with ref to my membership no. [protected], the said membership was through your officer named ms. Rajni [protected] / [protected] and on the recommendations of a friend of mine named parvesh kheterpal, who is your client for past 3-4 years.
I am very sorry to say, but the services are not upto the mark and there seems to be no co-ordination between the sales and the execution team.
Please do not feel offended, as it might be possible that i am one of the odd cases and your company otherwise doing very well, and my best wishes for your future endowers.
The first premise to take this membership was “i require 2 rooms on the same night” as i have 2 kids of 10+ years, however later on i was made to understand that the same could not be accommodated, as you have different terms with club awesome.
I initially requested in dec 2015 for 23rd january through rajni, but booking could not get confirmed
I requested last week through reservation desk, they confirmed yesterday 1 room only and redirected to ms. Rajni again
This is contrary to the initial understanding while taking the membership, even your officer promised that she can even try for 3 rooms at the same night, but now i am feeling cheated like.
Now
Option 1: i forgo the money paid to you
Option 2: i request for a refund
Option 3: i request for some exchange.
I request, if you could get me connected to some senior official of your organisation, if deem fit.
