With reference to complaint no. 521670, the model of my split ac is AH-X13PET bought on 9th June 2014 from Electronic Paradise, Janakpuri. Now there are these water droplets that come out through the swing and fall on me. One time a piece of ice also fell on me. So I complained against it on the customer care no. and within 24 hours the technician came to our house on 4th July 2014.
However, he checked the outdoor unit only and said the indoor unit's gas is leaking and told us that another guy would come to fix the gas leak problem the same day.
I asked him why can't you fix it yourself he said and i quote "mere pass time nahin he, ye usne fix kiya wohi aake theek karega"
Then he gave me a service form on which I had to sign. I was hesitant to sign on this because I knew that once I sign their responsibility would be over and they would never come back again but he said it's just part of procedure and that I had to sign on it. So, I foolishly signed on it. As expected the technician did not come that day nor the next day and still we are waiting for the technician to come and today is 7th July. And I called the customer care on 5, 6th July both times the customer care executive assured me that technician would come within 24 hrs.
So now I would like state my conclusion in 3 points.
1. Sharp has a customer service
2. Sharp technicians are not trained
3. Sharp does not value customers
P.S I will never buy any sharp products again and advise other people not to buy it as well.
