Sharp India — gap on led tv

Recently purchased sharp led tv 40 inch from reliance digital issue is gap on body. Poor service given by resq they said upto 5mm gap nothing but this gap look like poor quality of sharp led tv. Last 25day i have done complaints but till date no any solution. I have a mailed also regarding this gap received from resq. If solution not given i will share mail to social media and sites.
