This message is in regards to the compliant that i have regarding my so called the best ac - sharp inverter ac. I have never seen such a pathetic ac like this. Purchase details: date of purchase: 24th april 2013. Purchased in the name of subramanian k v. Model no: sharp ac au-x10lv (Inverter) 1.0t cost: rs. 30000/- recently, around 3 months back, i called up the sharp authorized service centre (Universal sharp weather solutions, thrissur, kerala) to report that the ac cooling is not working properly. The engineer did visit the house to check on 09/02/2018 and after checking he informed us that the gas is not there and need to refill it. He told me that it will cost rs. 3500/- since it was summer season, we need to repair ac as early as possible, hence we agreed to it and the guy filled the gas in ac and charged me rs. 3500/- after this we were out of station for 1 month, hence was not able to use the ac and after returning back, i was able to see that the ac cooling is still not working. We called sharp authorized service centre again and this time another guy came to check the issue and was informed that there is leak in cooling pipe and need to replace it. To my surprise, the previous technician was not able to identify this issue. I was informed that replacing cooling pipe will cost around rs. 4000/- since, we want to use the ac in this hot climate, we agreed to it even though we were charged rs. 3500/- unnecessarily for gas refilling. The guy in the service centre told me that there is no stock of cooling pipe with them. For the past 2 months, we were calling them regularly to check status and each time they are informing that they didnt receive the stock of cooling pipe. I would like to know exactly when the cooling pipe will come in stock and repair my ac. If its not repaired within a week, i'm sure i'm not gonna buy sharp products again and will refrain all my family members and friends from doing the same. Was this information helpful? |
