SharPTronics — Rhino plus butterfly grinder - very very poor quality

I have purchased one brand new rhinoplus butterfly grinder from sharptronics hosur branch against invoice no.[protected] dated 20th november 2016 (Not even one month). Yesterday this grinder starts produce smoke from motor when we put on switch, we covered video clip also.

And i visited sharptronics hosur branch along with defected grinder and shown them video clip & there is no response from them. Simply they said you come after 15 days.

Also we tried butterfly customer care but we failed to reach them.

I feel this product may be duplicate.

I made a complaint regarding the TV for a black shade in left side on 23/04/17 till date I didn't received any call for service. Today 03/07/17 I visited the sharptronics shop in namakkak, again they started to telling the same story.. don't know what to do next.
