Order Made from registered email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in Order made on my behalf, by my cousin, Ravina Lulla. July 07, 2018, support ticket was raised with ID #8853456 which was marked as Solved by default where as issue exists till date and there are several tickets raised in between July 07, 2018 till present date. Latest ticket #9406515 The issue is, there is a Refund needed for 2 products purchased. COD Order ID LAA27672 Refund needed for following 2 products:- Product 1:- Striped Trim V-cut T-shirt :- Size:L:- worth Rs.622 Product 2:- Asymmetrical Shoulder Ruffle Trim Polka Dot Top"- Size: 3XL :- worth Rs.1019 Expectation:- Arrange a pick up of products immediately and issue a Full Refund is needed to our Bank account for Rs.1641. The said website www.shein.in has no responsibility to look into this tiny issue, they have given delhivery logistic number which is not answerable since a very long time. I have cancelled my order 15 days back ...my money has still not refunded they had promised me that they will return my money till 21 September 2018...it's a high time now...I need my money urgently... please provide your contact no.
