Shein.in — did not got refund

I purchased few products from shein but decided to return one of them due to bad quality, the product to be returned was picked on 21st august (8 days ago from today) i still have not received my money back, the amount was only 600 but i still want refund i didn’t expect shein to be a fraud website, i kindly want shein to refund my money
