Shein.in — my product has not been delivered

I ordered from shein two items amounting 781 in which cheaper one was delivered within 2 days but the costlier one should have been delivered by 27/12/2019 but they asked me for 10-19 days from the date of purchase so i agreed but now that time limit is also about to end and i see no progress in the delivery of my product. Infact its been showing wrongly sorted for past 15 days. I haven't received my product you frauds. Is this what they do for living take money from people and not deliver the product. You theives
