Hi,

I have paid the 1000 rupees while taking new connection in pune Life republic society. and it was assured that 1000 rupees will be refunded at the time of installation and I was discontinued few days back because of moving to another flat.

I have shared my account details 36 days back i.e.., 20Aug to the following mail id [protected]@shenglitelecom.com and also called to customer care number of times but didn't get any proper response like tomorrow tomorrow will refund you the amount.
These guys donno how to settle amount for taking amount they will take amount like in 5 minutes for repaying advance amount they will do like hell type of situation to the customers.
