The Shengli telecom does not provide a good service to its users. It's been 3 months I am using the wifi but the speed is to slow. To me it was been told that the speed will be 4mbps, but the fact is it is not near 512 kbps also. When I tried to call it's customer care service it was left for hold to 8/9 minutes and later i had a word regarding the connection but my issue was not resolved. Was this information helpful? |
