I started new connection with Shengli for 3 months. Its worlds worst company and customer service i have ever seen.
The Internet has been not working at night for more than a month now. Everyday my internet is stopped at 6-7pm and comes automatically in the morning. I have spend more than 1000 Rs caling them on customer care no where i get waiting for 30-40 mins to get through a call and the answer i get is tomorrow it will be done. No service provided after 6.30pm by this company. There sight says 24/7 service and its all lie. Last 1 month i have been trying to resolve the issue of internet not working at night, as i only use at evening after i go home after work and its never working . Payments have been advanced and no one to listen to now and resolving issues .Many times they tell the issue is resolved and next day it again happens and a new answer. Everyone tell same issue but no one is resolving the issue. I have made almost 100 complaint calls and messages but no actions yet. Highly frustrating team and people.Company should shut down immediately. Was this information helpful? |
