Shine City Infra Project Pvt. Ltd. — non-refund of cancellation of plot since 16th august 2019

I have been allotted a plot no. B-255 in paradise garden scheme of m/s shinecity infra projects pvt. Ltd. For rs. 12, 27, 450/- which was to be paid as (1) down payment of rs. 200000/- and (2) monthly instalments of rs. 12000/- in approx. 86 months. I paid 62 instalments and thereafter i requested to cancel my plot and refund of my deposited amount of rs. 944000/- in the month of february 2019. They told the refund has been closed and they shall inform about the opening of refund. But i did not get any information from them. I went in the month of june 2019 to their office and requested for refund. They told that the refund application shall be accepted from 15 july 2019. I again went their office on 15th july 2019 and submitted his application for refund but they assured that the application shall be submitted on 16th august 2019 and if i want to leave the application to submit on 16th august 2019, i may leave the same. Hence i decided to leave the application at their office with their assurance. They also received my refund application as per their proforma, in the date of 16th august 2019. On their portal, a heading refund applied added with my name. But even after elapse of approx. 4 (Four) months, i did not get refund of rs. 944000/-. I am also going to retire in the month of june 2020 and after superannuation it shall be used for maintenance of my house where i will stay after retirement.
I request you to help for refund of my deposited amount rs. 944000/- hard earned money during my service.
