[Resolved] Shine.com — Amount needs to be refund with rs. 16951.16 | |||||
Hi Team, I have received a call from the Shine.com and asked for payment for premium services then I made the payment with amount of 3736.83 post that they asked for another payment and told me that If i do not make the payment then no use of ealier payment then I made the payment with amount of 4775.02. As they did same thing again and again, at last I have made the total payment of amount rs.16951.16. Now they are asking for payment with amount of 11000 appx. to use premium services of shine.com. And i am not capable to make the that amount to them. Hence, I have asked for refund to me. However they confirmed to me that refund cannot be initiated to me.
