Day One Nov-24: Rahul said I have to pay INR 3, 000 on 24Nov20 (Invoice IN20201124_40257_193756), which I paid. He did not mention that there will be other charges and the exact total of those charges. 2. Day Two Nov-25:- I spoke to Suresh. He asked me to check my mail and there was a ONLY proforma invoice IN20201125_403015 for INR 5192, he said that this was for other services BUT NEVER MENTIONED THAT there is MORE. 3. After I paid INR 5192, on 25Nov20 -- he said there is ONE MORE PROFORMA INVOICE which was for INR 9556 (IN20201125_403030) 4. This is a clear case of misinformation, misleading and cheating. 5. I have refused to pay INR 9556 6. The initial deposit of INR 3000 is acceptable but because I have been mislead and deceived, I want refund of INR 5192. 7. I had a discussion of over 1 hour with Suresh and he should have clearly informed that xxxx amount is the Total Cost for the complete services, which he did not. 8. The way and manner Suresh behaved is a case of deceiving and cheating. He made me pay INR 5192, and after I paid 5192 sent me another Invoice and said more amount is due/required. 9.
