[Resolved] — Collection of charges through misleading

Dear Sir,
Today, i.e on 11-July-2022 contacted me over phone to process my resume for the recruitments with the employers and requested the following payments one after another after making the payments without informing me at the first instance and cheated me :
(1).Application Booster Package, (2) Education Verification Package, (3).Job Profile Verification Plus Package etc:

The representative has not informed the above charges at a time / first instance and after making the first payment he has sent the another payment link and there by they have cheated me and collected the above payments through my credit card no [protected].

after the above payments he sent another link for payment of Proforma Invoice for the following thing:

We are enclosing a Proforma invoice for the services ordered and will process them as desired on receipt of your remittance for the amount invoiced.

i have asked the representative why he has not informed the charges in the first instance and he said this is coming from finance desk and if i dont make the payment, they will not provide any services.
i denied the payment and requested for the refund. he said it can not be possibnle for refunding.

hence i herewith making this compliant against for cheating the customers like this way and request you to arrange for refund of the above payments made to through my credit card.
